Paint= Allows you to create, design a picture. You have the options of using different shapes and brushes, colours. Text and pictures can be inserted into the picture.
Snipping Tool= Allows you to cut an area from your page or take a “SNIP” of the whole page. Once you have taken the “Snip” you can save it, send it to someone else, draw on your “snip” or highlight it.
